Requirements for Eligibility
To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must:
You must be a first-time user of AlphaTest Premium (monthly or annual plan).
You have an official SAT score report from a previous test date before using AlphaTest.
Complete all required exercises in your customized study plan.
Complete at least 4 full-length practice tests on AlphaTest leading up to your official test date.
Take the official SAT within 30 days of completing your guarantee program.
How to submit a claim
Baseline submission:
Email your "Past Official Score Report" to support@alphatest.com with the subject line "Past Score Report for SAT Score Guarantee" within 30 days of signing up.
Guarantee claim:
Email your "Most Recent Official Score Report" to support@alphatest.com with the subject line "Most Recent Score Report for SAT Score Guarantee" within 60 days of your official test date.
General Guarantee Terms
1. Learning Integrity & Sincerity of Effort
We reserve the right to review your guarantee request. If there is clear evidence that the user has completed required sessions or practice tests solely to create the appearance of completion rather than a genuine effort to learn, the guarantee may be voided. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Completing learning modules or sessions in a timeframe that is significantly shorter than the intended study duration.
- Rapidly clicking through lessons or submitting practice tests with unrealistic completion times.
- Patterns of activity that suggest the use of automated tools or "grinding" to bypass the learning process. AlphaTest reserves the final right of interpretation regarding whether a student has meaningfully engaged with the study plan.
2. Limit of Use
This money-back guarantee is valid only for your first AlphaTest Pro annual subscription for the SAT. Subsequent purchases, renewals, or enrollments in different programs for the same test do not qualify for additional guarantee claims, even if no claim was made during the initial period.
3. Individual Payment Eligibility
To be eligible, the subscription must be paid for in full by an individual. Enrollments paid for in whole or in part by third-party organizations, including but not limited to schools, school districts, non-profit entities, or businesses, are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
4. Adjustments for Official Test ChangesAdjustments for Official Test Changes
Should the official SAT administrator (College Board) make significant changes to the test format, scoring scale, or administration schedule, AlphaTest reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the terms of this guarantee to reflect those changes.
